Apple Clay Smoothie
I pulverize an apple in the blender with water and add about 4 ounces of liquid clay. I mix up the whole thing into a smoothie of about 8-10 ounces total and drink it in the evening. It has a calming and quieting effect and helps me go to sleep. It’s a wonderful natural tranquilizer. I mix up a supply of about 8 cups of water to 1 cup of clay powder blended and keep it on hand for the smoothies.
